Welcome to the Karachi Sindh Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. We are a residential cooperative society that was established in 1970 under The Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2020. Our society is located on the Link road to New Karachi Industrial area to Super highway, near Saba cinema, adjacent to Ayoub Goth, Karachi.
Our founder, the late Abul Hashim Zaidi, envisioned a community that offers comfortable and affordable residential properties to its members. We continue to carry forward his vision by providing an inclusive and secure living environment to our members.
Our society is registered under the K-711 registration number, and we operate under the principles of limited liability. We offer residential properties in the form of houses, and our office is located at Plot No. B-79, Sector-11/A, Karachi Sindh Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Scheme # 33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Malir, Karachi.
Our society is spread across 40 acres of land, and we offer 129 plots in A Block, 144 plots in B Block, 136 plots in R Block, and 34 plots in C Commercial. We also have a health club on 1600 sq yards, a big school on 4900 sq yards, a community hall on 1600 sq yards, a library on 700 sq yards, and a flat site on 10000 sq yards.
We operate in the entire province and fall under the jurisdiction of the Karachi East Registrar's office. Our society's primary purpose is to provide affordable housing to our members, and we maintain our books and accounts in the English language.
Our society's share capital is 1000, with a value of 100 per share. The amount of capital is raised through loans and deposits, and we have no beneficial owners or nominated directors.
We have a dedicated team of employees who work hard to maintain our society's high standards. Our office in-charge and accountant, Abu Saim s/o Qazi Shaheed ur Rehman, manages the day-to-day operations of our society. Muhammad Imran s/o Muhammad Anwar serves as our site in-charge, ensuring that all our plots and facilities are well-maintained.
Our society is managed by a committee of office bearers, led by Mr. Khurshid Muhammad s/o Meharban, who serves as our chairman. Our committee members work tirelessly to ensure that our society remains a safe and comfortable place to live.
